Delphic Maxim #5 Be Overcome With Justice
This is not as easy and straightforward as it sounds. In fact this can be a controvecial subject to say the least. Justice is something that is being shouting the loudest in the world , form the Suffragette movement back in the late 19th century to the early 20th century to the LGBT rights movement of today amongst others movements inbetween. To be overcome with justice take a lot of courage , especially if one attends rallies and such in public. To be overcome means to have a strong feeling of what one deems right for yourself or for the group of people you represent, and demanding those who have done wrong be dealt punishment, be it prison, capital punishment and the like.
However there is a thin line of course between demanding justice in a peaceful manner and a violent one. The violent ones are the ones that can have dreadful repercussions for those involved and those who are not , resulting in injuries ans even death in some circumstances.
An example of a peaceful movement was form the famous Mahatma Ghandi who demanded justice for an independant india by a peaceful protest and even a salt March, adn countless fasts. Yet Unfortunate for him, he himself became a victim of assassination attack and consequently died butt with his death came great respect and a legacy which he left behind that he is now almost worshipped as God. Of course at first this protest started out violently with many resulting deaths on both sides , but through sheer will and determination Ghandi was able to persuade the people to change their ways to a more peaceful protest. Now India is an independant. So i take my hat off to that.
Now as I said before not all justice doer are not always peaceful and one example is/was the constant battle between protestant and Catholic people in Ireland or the Tamil war, which has resulted in many deaths and such.
So in order to have justice one must think befor taking action as it can have dreadful consequences if done in teh worng way which will more than likely lead to your injury, placed in prison or even Death
